Eating disorder & self harm? help?

I have to gain some weight and I know my cutting’s going to get worse.
When my ED gets a bit better my SH gets so much worse,
and when my SH gets better, my ED becomes so much worse!
I can’t seem to win and I don’t know what to do Swift Code Lookup anymore.
